Donors understand and acknowledge that: no goods, gifts, services and/or favours have been or will be given in return for and as a result of the donations; and donations are given freely and without any form of solicitation and/or representations from #Mdwaba4ILODG Friends.

Any donation will be used to fund the campaign’s activities as decided by the members of the #Mdwaba4ILODG campaign team (“the Team”) at their sole discretion. The Team reserves the right to return, without any discussions and justification, any funds that in its sole discretion are associated with any unsavoury, illicit, illegal and/or unlawful activities.
