“Gig” leadership – leading in a digital world

MORE IMPLEMENTATION LESS RHETORIC

Mthunzi believes his life purpose is to effect global change, global social justice and global innovation.

The ILO has a unique role to play in creating an equitable restructure and recalibration of society, and to build a better world for all.

In pursuit of this purpose, he is dedicated to work tirelessly to promote and pursue tripartism.

“The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it.” Inscribed on the grave of Karl Marx.

A good leader must be in touch with the socio-economic ills that adversely affect our global society and people.

GLOBAL SOCIAL DIALOGUES

Impact ALL in a BALANCED way

The three-legged pot used for traditional meals in Africa and other parts of the world, symbolises the necessity to keep all three legs firmly grounded and strong to be able to have the “potjiekos” (the food in the pot) being the appropriate quality. There is potential to do much better - in a balanced, transparent, inclusive & cohesive way that impacts ALL. The Potjie is designed for complex meals that take time... the meals are never about an individual - they are for all... more often than not it takes more than one cook to prepare the pot. It takes time - you must be patient - we are all on a journey.
